the mysterious green half circle!

i was walking home from across the river and the sun was setting, so i took a bunch of pictures over the river..  it was pretty. .. see.. 

but what's this?

lens flare right?  that's what i thought..  but i was looking through the pictures i took and it showed up in all of them (except one) 

here's the pictures in the order i took them .. 

 you start to really notice it around the 5th photo, and it's pretty obvious that it's there.. even when there's no other obvious lens flares...
but cause i was looking i noticed something in the first 3 photos too.. 

it's 'further back' in the first 3.. i dont see anything in the 4th, but if you follow the path it seems to be going it could be right over the sun in that one. 

but the really weird thing!  .. i enlarged them to try and see what it was and mostly all you see is a green half circle, but on some of the closer ones you see these little dots in it.  especially the 4th from the last one.. 

i think it looks better on my phone..  but you can see it..  the three little dots along the bottom..  weird eh?
anyway..  that's my weird photo experience..  if you know about the bridge, it's' got 2 little um..  i can't thing of the word.. little areas that jut out from the main straight part..  and i stopped at the first one and took some pictures, and then walked to the next one and took some pictures too..  so there's pictures from both ends there.  so it was a few minutes anyway.

borden park 3d!~

i went for a walk to the park .. and things were looking awfully 3d!  so i took a bunch of 3d pictures.  unfortunately they didnt really turn out quite as lovely as they looked in the real world.. but oh well.  so here are some park pictures.  i think that program is being weird too..  cause there are pictures that looked good/fine/whatever when i saved them, but then when i looked back at them they were kinda crappy, but whatever, i dont feel like doing anything about it at the moment!

 these ones were not taken in the park.. but near there, i was walking to catch the bus to go home.  there's a little ravine sorta thing and i stopped to take a picture of a big old raven sitting on the top of a tree.

 this one was not taken near there at all.  i think this a tree out in front of my folks place???

cloudy day.

it's been awfully cloudy lately.  i was riding home from the eye doctor with my dad and i took some pictures out the front window of the clouds.. and i liked them, so i thought i'd put them here.  they are taken with my phone.  they are kinda odd, i like that..  i like how some of them the trees stand out a whole lot and seem really clear and some of them the trees are kinda blurred, and i like the angle.  the windshield has a crack in it and i tried to not get the crack in the pictures but you can see it a bit in some of them..  i think that is what made the thing have some problems with focusing???  ..anyway.. cloudy street pictures.

reflections - city hall

yesterday i went to the art gallery.  when i came out, downtown was pretty.  i walked around the wading pool at city hall, it was drained and there was just some puddles of water in it..  but things reflected..
at first i saw trees, and i really like reflected trees in puddles!  but then i saw more of the city.. and that was super pretty too!

there were some trees around there that had lights on them, i like those trees!  and i could see their reflection.. i couldnt really get a great angle, i was trying to.. walking around trying to find the right direction that i could get a good shot of the trees..  but even so, even with just part of the trees i still would have liked to take a picture of the sparkly lit up trees!  BUT.. well, it didnt seem to work.  for whatever reason, on the camera the lights on the trees just didnt want to show up..  it was sad.  oh well.
these are phone pictures..  i took some with my camera too but i havent really seen those yet cause my computer is not working right so i dont really have a place i wanna upload them to.
but i do like these pictures!  i like reflections..  i like how how they look on the light blue with the muddy bits.. i think i'd kinda like that even without the reflections too..  but it was a happy surprise to find.. when you can get a look into that underworld.
